NAM, the exclusive distributor of GWM in Jordan, has officially launched the all-new HAVAL V7, introducing both HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) variants to the Jordanian market.

The new SUV combines powerful performance, advanced technology, and high efficiency, offering a fresh proposition in the competitive SUV segment.

The launch comes as demand for hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles continues to grow in Jordan, with consumers increasingly seeking fuel-efficient models that are well suited for both everyday commuting and long-distance travel without compromising on performance, comfort, or safety.

The HAVAL V7 HEV features a self-charging hybrid powertrain, while the HAVAL V7 PHEV is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system that delivers an all-electric driving range of up to 135 km and a total driving range of up to 1,000 km, making it a practical option for both city driving and extended road trips.

Performance figures include 247 horsepower for the HEV variant and 364 horsepower for the PHEV, with both models producing 760 Nm of torque.

The vehicle is also equipped with the intelligent Hi4 all-wheel-drive system, eight selectable driving modes for various terrains, and a rear differential lock to enhance off-road capability and stability.

The HAVAL V7 features a bold exterior design that reflects a modern and confident character, complemented by a spacious cabin designed for families and daily use.

Inside, the SUV offers a range of smart technologies, comfort features, and infotainment systems aimed at enhancing the driving experience for both drivers and passengers.

On the safety front, the HAVAL V7 comes equipped with an advanced suite of driver assistance and safety systems, reflecting GWM’s commitment to delivering smarter, more reliable vehicles while ensuring a safe and comfortable driving experience across different road conditions.

Commenting on the launch, Ammar Al-Kafarna, General Manager of NAM, said:
“The launch of the HAVAL V7 in Jordan marks an important step in NAM’s strategy to introduce advanced hybrid vehicles that meet the evolving needs of the Jordanian market, particularly as customer demand continues to grow for vehicles that combine power, efficiency, reliability, and technology.

We believe the HAVAL V7 will become a strong contender in Jordan’s hybrid SUV segment thanks to its performance, features, and outstanding value for money.”

NAM is also offering one of the strongest warranty programs in the market. The HAVAL V7 comes with a 10-year or 1 million-kilometre vehicle warranty, whichever comes first, in addition to an 8-year or 160,000-kilometre battery warranty, underscoring GWM’s confidence in the quality and reliability of its vehicles.

The HAVAL V7 HEV is available starting from JOD 28,500, while the HAVAL V7 PHEV starts from JOD 31,500, offering exceptional value through its combination of performance, technology, equipment, and comprehensive warranty coverage.
