Housing Bank officially inaugurated
its new Training and Development Center under the patronage of Chairman
Abdulilah Al-Khatib, reaffirming its strategic commitment to fostering a
supportive work environment and investing in the development of its human
capital.
Designed in line with international standards and best practices in
corporate learning, the center offers a modern, purpose-built space for
employee training and professional development.
The inauguration ceremony was attended
by CEO of Housing Bank, Ammar Al-Safadi, along with members of the executive
management team. During the event, attendees toured the center’s facilities and
were introduced to its advanced capabilities and its role in supporting the
bank’s ongoing learning and development programs.
The new center provides a
comprehensive and flexible learning environment equipped with state-of-the-art
technology, modern training tools, and the latest learning methodologies. It is
