Foreign Property Ownership in Jordan Rises 17%

The estimated value of real estate acquired by non-Jordanians in Jordan rose by 17% during the first nine months of 2026, reaching JD 168.311 million, an increase of about JD 24.5 million compared with the same period in 2025, despite a 1% decline in the number of ownership transactions, according to the latest report by the Department of Lands and Survey.
