Jordan Kuwait Bank has signed a
cooperation agreement with CRIF, a leading provider of credit information and
digital solutions, to introduce a new assessment model for small and
medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers using StrategyOne, CRIF’s platform for
supporting and automating credit decisions.
The agreement was signed by Fadi
Khalil, Head of Corporate Banking at Jordan Kuwait Bank, and Roberto Ciraci,
Head of Consulting and Solutions for the Middle East and Africa at CRIF, and in
the presence of Mr. Zuhdi Al Jayousi, Chief Banking Officer at Jordan Kuwait
Bank along with representatives from both sides.
The partnership aims to enhance
the Bank’s lending processes by accelerating financing application reviews and
enabling faster, more accurate, and more efficient credit decisions. By
reducing manual processes and minimizing operational bottlenecks throughout the
application assessment journey, the initiative will help the Bank deliver
faster and smarter lending services while improving the overall customer
experience.
The StrategyOne platform will
enable the Bank to make more effective use of data in its credit
decision-making process. It can also be integrated with the Bank’s loan
origination and collections systems, allowing credit teams to make more
informed and accurate decisions while reducing the time and resources required
to process applications and improving operational efficiency across the lending
journey.
Commenting on the agreement, Fadi
Khalil, Head of Corporate Banking at Jordan Kuwait Bank, said, “This agreement
marks another important step in our efforts to enhance lending services for
SMEs by leveraging digital solutions to improve the customer experience.
