The number of real estate ownership transactions by non-Jordanian investors in Jordan reached 1,258 properties during the first seven months of the current year, down 5% compared with the same period in 2025. However, the estimated value of these transactions increased by 15% to reach JD 123.4 million, according to a report by the Department of Lands and Survey.
