Dubai, UAE, 23 November 2025: Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has extended the deadline for the open call for participation in the International Symposium on Electronic/Emerging Art 2026 (ISEA2026). The move aims to provide an opportunity for creatives, practitioners, thought leaders, artists, researchers, content creators, and specialists in the fields of digital arts to take part in the international symposium that Dubai will host from 10 to 19 April 2026, under the theme ‘ELYAH: Constellating Place, Data and Identity.’ Dubai Culture will accept submissions until 15 December.
