Globitel, a leading telecom and customer care solutions provider, has ushered in a new era in its robust history with the inauguration of its new headquarters in the King Hussein Business Park. The company’s decision to relocate to one of Amman’s key business districts aligns with its ongoing efforts to enhance its operations and adapt to the evolving realities of the modern business world.

After more than a decade spent at its previous headquarters, Globitel has officially moved into its new facilities, and the company continues to upgrade various features of its workspace. With a more strategic location and more modern offices, Globitel is able to better cater to its employees’ hybrid working arrangements, which began during COVID-19 but have proved to be an effective long-term strategy for increasing efficiency and elevating employee satisfaction.

Being situated within a dynamic business community has also been a catalyst for innovation, growth, and progress across all levels of Globitel’s business, including companies under its investment portfolio: Globitel also recently helped relocate Wasslz—an IoT startup operating with the investment and support of Globitel—to the business park, so that its team could reap the benefits of operating in one of the city’s primary hubs for innovation.

Commenting on the company’s inauguration of its new offices, the CEO of Globitel, Sharif Nabulsi, said, “With over 25 years of market leadership under our belt, Globitel has always prioritized cultivating a work environment that is conducive to innovative thinking. As our company—and the world—has evolved, we have been eager to provide our team members with a workplace that helps stimulate progress and creativity. From our new headquarters in the heart of the King Hussein Business Park, we at Globitel are eager to embark on a new era of innovation, in an environment that encourages greater team building, flourishing ideas, and soaring productivity.”

Globitel’s new headquarters have allowed the company to better accommodate its ever-growing team, and to further enhance its positioning as a trusted partner to telecommunications companies, banks, and businesses operating in countless other verticals—both in Jordan and across the globe.
