Immersive activation launched under DHA’s Mental Wellbeing Initiative to promote emotional balance and enhance quality of life
<a href="https://jordangazette.com/dubai-unveils-citywide-family-friendly-experiences-for-the-54th-eid-al-etihad/”>Dubai, United Arab Emirates, November 21, 2025: During its participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) unveiled the ‘Tawazun Experience’ 2025, launched under the Mental Wellbeing Initiative aimed at achieving the highest levels of mental health and quality of life in the Emirate.
The Tawazun Experience, showcased to the public for the first time, offers a guided interactive journey that helps visitors rebalance their mood within minutes. It provides sensory-driven emotional options — calm, balance, or refresh — using immersive technologies that combine lighting, sound, and sensory elements. These are integrated with breathing techniques linked to heart-rate patterns, colour psychology, and therapeutic sound frequencies. The experience demonstrates how innovation can be transformed into a practical tool for supporting emotional balance in daily life.
Dr Ramadan Al Blooshi, Advisor to the Director General and Acting Director of the Public Health Protection Department at the DHA, emphasised the importance of DHA’s participation in the Dubai Airshow to highlight the role of mental health in enhancing quality of life. He noted that the Tawazun Experience represents an innovative model for raising awareness about mental wellbeing through a direct, immersive experience with an immediate impact.
