Bank al Etihad Completes Operational Merger and Full Integration of Invest Bank, Customers Entering a New Phase of Growth

Bank al Etihad has announced the
completion of all operational and technical phases of its merger with
INVESTBANK, with all INVESTBANK customers now fully integrated into Bank al
Etihad.

The milestone marks the beginning of a
new phase of growth for the bank, bringing together greater capital strength
and combined expertise to deliver a more comprehensive banking experience,
while further enhancing Bank al Etihad’s position and competitiveness within
the banking sector.

The completion of the merger reflects the
efforts of joint teams from both institutions, who worked to align operations,
technology systems, and databases, while managing the transition with a high
degree of efficiency and accuracy.

Throughout the process, the teams also
focused on maintaining the benefits available to customers and addressing their
needs at every stage of the merger.

This milestone also builds on Invest Bank,’s

With the merger now complete, employees from both institutions are working as

Former Invest Bank, customers can now
benefit from a broader range of Bank al Etihad services and advantages,
including an expanded network of branches and ATMs across the Kingdom, with
selected branches offering extended working hours; an advanced digital banking
experience through the bank’s mobile app and online channels; 24/7 support
through the Customer Contact Center; and a wider range of banking products and
solutions tailored to their financial needs.

Commenting on the completion of the
merger, Bank al Etihad Chief Executive Officer Muntaser Dawwas said,
“Completing the merger marks an important step toward building a stronger
banking institution that is better positioned to serve our customers and the
communities in which we operate.”

He added that the bank’s next phase of
growth will be driven by the combined capabilities and strengths of both
institutions, further enhancing Bank al Etihad’s ability to deliver a more
