As we bid farewell to the festivities and welcome the new year with fresh perspective, Amazónico’s refreshing Tropicalia Weekend Parrilla Lunch presents a more wholesome offering, allowing guests to indulge in the flavours of the tropics and journey to the sun-kissed islands of Brazil with its sultry Bossa Nova entertainment.

A feast for the senses, the fiery weekend lunch brings to the table a delectable barbecue sharing-style menu with charcoal-grilled premium cuts of meats and hearty bites made of the freshest ingredients. Indulge in Pan de Queso, Arepas and Patacones accompanied by a range of dips and toppings including Guacamole, Pulled Veal and a Chicken Avocado salad, or the light and hearty Ensalada de Verano.

The meat selection takes centre stage as guests choose from a full offering of charcoal-grilled cuts, starting with perfectly cooked Picanha, a Brazilian-style grilled rump steak cut served in the traditional churrascaria style at the table. Next in line is Argentian Chorizo, Peruvian chilli marinated Baby Chicken and New Zealand Leg of Lamb and orange marinated Veal Ribs. For those seeking a lighter alternative, the woodfire-cooked Sea Bass proves to be a delectable choice with a bespoke vegetarian menu available upon request.

Amazónico’s renowned mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are also readily available for guests taking part in Dry January, along with a tropical selection of ice-cold Caipirinhas perfect for a weekend festivity. To round things off, Amazónico’s ultimate dessert, Piña Rostizada, is sliced up tableside fresh from the grill and served alongside homemade coconut and vanilla ice cream for guests to revel in.

Serenading guests with their seductive rhythms and soulful melodies, dynamic Bossa Nova duo Diego and Giselle will bring their soothing energy and vibrant tunes, creating a memorable musical and culinary experience as you begin the new year.
