T-Vencubator, a pioneering entity offering venture building, venture capital, and incubation services, today has announced Tafweela as its inaugural venture building project. Tafweela is set to revolutionise the vehicle payments ecosystem in Egypt through its innovative end-to-end payment solution. This strategic move underscores T-Vencubator’s commitment to fostering disruptive startups that drive digital transformation across key sectors.

Tafweela, founded in 2023 by visionary entrepreneur Marwan El Shayeb, is a newly introduced technology built to digitise vehicles and turn them into payment methods. By introducing a tap-and-go system, Tafweela empowers organisations to streamline operations, eliminate cash handling, and gain valuable insights into fleet performance.

While Tafweela has already launched its B2B model, the expansion within B2C and individual cars is planned to soon disrupt the whole mobility ecosystem in Egypt.

This groundbreaking solution aligns perfectly with T-Vencubator’s mission to support ventures that address critical market challenges and contribute to Egypt’s economic growth through financial inclusion.

As Tafweela becomes the first company in T-Vencubator’s venture building portfolio, T-Vencubator will provide comprehensive support, including capital investment, mentorship, network access, and operational expertise. This new approach will accelerate Tafweela’s growth and enable it to rapidly scale its operations.

T-Vencubator is eventually a hub where all portfolio companies share experience through centralised teams and products. It creates a self-sufficient ecosystem that covers many verticals and industries within one front.

“Tafweela represents the embodiment of our venture-building philosophy,” said Reem Safy, CEO & Founder of T-Vencubator. “We are excited to help Marwan build Tafweela and create a high-impact business that addresses a significant market need. This venture exemplifies our commitment to identifying and nurturing exceptional entrepreneurs and their innovative ideas.”

“Joining T-Vencubator’s venture-building portfolio is a game-changer for Tafweela,” said Marwan El Shayeb, Founder & CEO of Tafweela. “Their expertise and resources will be instrumental in our mission to revolutionise the vehicle payments industry. We are confident that together we will create a sustainable and scalable solution that benefits businesses across Egypt.”

The launch of Tafweela marks a significant milestone for T-Vencubator and demonstrates the company’s ability to identify, develop, and scale high-potential ventures. As Tafweela grows, it will serve as a model for future venture-building initiatives, contributing to Egypt’s vibrant startup ecosystem.

T-Vencubator’s venture-building model focuses on identifying promising market opportunities and assembling world-class teams to develop and launch disruptive businesses. By combining financial resources, strategic guidance, and operational support, T-Vencubator empowers entrepreneurs to build successful companies that create lasting value.

T-Vencubator has also announced the launch of T-Fund earlier this month, alongside venture building and incubation, to financially assist and invest in 5 handpicked startups by 2025. The launch of the venture capital arm of T-Vencubator marks the open call for startup founders to submit their information through the website.
