The price of 21-karat gold, the most sought-after grade in Jordan’s local market, stood at JD 87.6 per gram for selling at jewelry stores on Tuesday, while the buying price reached JD 83.7, according to the latest pricing issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Trade and Jewelry Shops.
The syndicate’s pricing showed that 24-karat gold was priced at JD 100.5 per gram for selling, while the price of 18-karat gold stood at around JD 77.7 per gram.
